, 2022, Daniel Purefoy, Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Head of Diversity & Inclusion informed Capri Holdings Limited (the “Company”) that he would be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
His last day will be July 29, 2022.
Thomas J. Edwards, Jr., Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer will continue to oversee supply chain operations (including distribution, logistics and customer service) until the Company identifies a successor that will assume responsibility for these functional areas reporting to Mr. Edwards.
Mr. Purefoy’s other responsibilities will be permanently reallocated between members of the Company’s existing management team.
Specifically, his responsibilities with res pect to the compliance function will be transferred to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Sustainability Officer and his diversity and inclusion role will be transitioned to a team reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer.
