Net Element International Just Filed Its Quarterly Report: Net Loss per Shar...

Net Loss per Share
Basic net loss per common share is computed by dividing net loss applicable to common stockholders by the weighted-average number of comm on shares outstanding during the period. Diluted net loss per common share is determined using the weighted-average number of common shares outstanding during the period, adjusted for the dilutive effect of common stock equivalents, consisting of shares issuable upon exercise of common stock options or warrants. In periods when losses are reported, the weighted-average number of common shares outstanding excludes common stock equivalents because their inclusion would have an anti-dilutive effect. At September 30, 2016 and December 31, 2015, we had warrants to purchase 893,890 and 1,164,826 shares, respectively, and options to purchase 1,938,037 and 119,194 shares, respectively, that are excluded from the calculation of loss per share because they are anti-dilutive.
