The Reporting Person was granted 122,500 non-qualified stock options on October 31, 2007 pursuant to the C&J Energy Services, Inc. 2006 Stock Option Plan ("2006 Plan"). The options vested in three equal installments on the first, second and third anniversary of the date of grant. In December 2010, the 2006 Plan was amended to provide, among other things, that all unvested options then issued and outstanding under the 2006 P lan would immediately vest and become exercisable.
