Lloyd I Miller, a major owner of Cosi, recently disposed of 250,000 shares of the company. The disposals took place at $1.16 per share, on March 13, 2014. Miller still owns 2,704,124 shares of the company. Miller operates out of West Palm Beach, FL. Some additional info was provided as follows:

The purchase price in Column 4 is a weighted average price. The prices actually paid ranged from $1.05 to $1.2701 per share. The reporting person will provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the SEC staff, upon request, information regarding the number of shares purchased at each price within the range. No profit was realized on these transactions because each sale price in these transactions was less than each purchase price for all purchases during the previous six month period. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. This filing shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is, for purposes of Seciton 16 of the Securities Exhcange Act of 1934 or otherwise, the beneficial owner of any equity securities covered by this filing.
