Effective June 25, 2021, Christopher Demetriou resigned
as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Aberdeen Standard Investments ETFs Sponsor LLC, the Sponsor of
the Registrant (the “Sponsor”)
. Mr. Demetriou had served as Principal Executive Officer of the Registrant.
Effective June 25, 2021, Steven Dunn was appointed
President and Chief Executive Officer of the Sponsor. Mr. Dunn will serve as Principal Executive Officer of the Registrant.
Steven Dunn
age 52, is currently Head
of Exchange Traded Funds for Aberdeen Standard Investments Inc. (“Aberdeen”), the sole member of the Sponsor. Mr. Dunn joined
Aberdeen in 2018, as a result of Aberdeen’s acquisition of the U.S. business of exchange traded pro
duct provider ETF Securities.
Prior to joining Aberdeen, Mr. Dunn was Executive Director, Head of U.S. for ETF Securities since September of 2015. Prior to joining
ETF Securities, Mr. Dunn was a Director at Deutsche Bank in the ETF business.
